suit and tied

the pimps they stand suit and tied
talking their talk and seeing their thought
parasites one and all
but even in existential bliss
i am no better
others have saved
others have brightened days
now i just talk and move
open doors and show how to walk
mimic sounds and encourage focus
a practical hocus pocus
i miss the joy brought to those without
unafraid but alone
jeweled eaves and coppertones.
